It’s a membership built for women who want regular access to luxury fashion — without the cost, clutter, or waste of buying new outfits for every occasion. With Muse+, your wardrobe evolves with you: fresh styles each month, shipped nationwide, cleaned and ready to wear.

Higher tiers include additonal perks such as free/discounted shipping, Exclusive invitations to VIP events, complimentary styling sessions, discounted bag rentals, quarterly/biannual refresh credit and more!

Automatic Billing: Your Muse+ membership is billed automatically each month (or year, if you select annual billing) via your chosen payment method.

Ongoing Subscription: By purchasing, you authorise recurring charges until you cancel your membership.

Manage Your Plan: You can update payment details, change tiers, or cancel at any time through your Muse+ account dashboard.

Cancellations: Memberships can be cancelled anytime but will remain active until the end of your billing cycle. No partial refunds are given for unused time.

Failed Payments: If a payment fails, access to rentals may be paused until your billing details are updated.

If my tier includes a free rental under $85, can I upgrade to a more expensive dress?

Yes — you can choose any dress above your included rental value by simply paying the difference at checkout. This allows you to access a wider range of styles while still enjoying your membership benefits.

What rental duration is included in my subscription?

With Muse+, you can select any rental duration that suits your event at no extra cost — whether it’s 4 days, 8 days, or longer. without paying additional fees. Your subscription covers the flexibility, so you can focus on enjoying your event stress-free. Only the best for our Muses.

Can I take my rental overseas?

Yes — overseas rentals are allowed under 14-da rental periods (carried in your handluggage only).

Do I need to clean my dress before returning?

No —cleaning is included in every membership. Just wear and return.

What happens if I’m late returning?

Late returns incur $20 per day, per garment. If your late return cancels another booking, you’ll also be charged the lost rental income.

What if the dress doesn’t fit?

We provide detailed size guides and recommended fit notes. Fit cannot be guaranteed, but you can book a Try-on or add a Back-Up Style for peace of mind.

What if something gets damaged?

Minor wear and tear is covered, but significant damage or loss may result in repair costs or full replacement at RRP. Members can also add a Damage Waiver for extra peace of mind.
