We are based in North Shore, Auckland, New Zealand, and we ship nationwide.
Yes! We now offer in-person try-ons at our Auckland Studio and postal try-ons NZ wide. Check our Try-Ons section for more details.
Orders & Payments
Sorry, we cannot hold any garments unless payment has been made.
We accept card payments, Afterpay and PayPal. For in-person try-ons, we also accept bank transfers.
We do not offer refunds for changes of mind. Please refer to our Terms and Cancellation policy for more information.
Yes, you can, for in person bookings, as long as the time you are booking it for is the following week and there are no bookings before that date.
Rentals & Returns
Yes, our hire price includes basic cleaning fees. However, additional fees may apply if the garment is severely stained or damaged. We offer a damage waiver that covers minor stains and repairs up to $100. Please check our Terms for details.
All garments must be returned in the RMW packaging in which they were picked up/delivered.
Postal orders should be returned over the counter at a NZ Post shop by 12 pm on the event end date, along with the How It Works card and your Loyalty Card for tracking stamps.
Pick-up orders must be returned by 5 pm on the event end date at our Long Bay studio.
- Postal Orders:Â Return by 12 p.m. the next business day.
If your rental date falls on Wednesday, the return date would be 12 p.m. on Thursday.Â
If your rental date falls on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, the return date would be 12 p.m. on Monday.Â
If your return date falls on a public holiday, the return date will be the following business day.Â
- Pick-ups/Drop-offs:Â Return to our Auckland studio by 5 p.m.
Late fees of $20 per day will apply for overdue returns, and additional fees for missing packaging:
- $5 for the How It Works or Postal try on card
- $5 for the 'For the muse' envelope pouch
- $10 for the garment bag
If you forgot to return your packaging, please post it back to us to avoid the fee.

If your event is cancelled, Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds; however, if it is more than 10 days before your rental date, we can offer store credit or swap the rental date for you.Â
Yes, you can return garments to our Long Bay, Auckland studio. Please reach out for the address.

We aim to send your order 3-4 days before your event so that you receive it 1-3 days in advance. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by NZ Post.
Orders for Friday events must be placed by Tuesday at 2:30 p.m.
Weekend + Monday orders must be placed by Wednesday at 2:30pm.
Please place your order for weekday events at least 3-4 days in advance.Â
Pick-up orders can be made the same day; however, we recommend booking at least one day before the event day to ensure everything is ready to go.Â
Garment Condition
While we thoroughly clean and repair our garments, some wear may be present. This can include minor flaws such as loose threads, micropulls, or light stains. We do our best to note any significant wear in our garment condition descriptions. We will contact you if there is a substantial change in the garment’s condition before your rental date.
Outfit Solutions / Fashion Fixes
Yes! We provide essential items like Clutch fashion glue and boob tape to help you achieve the perfect look. Fashion tape is not permitted as it damages our garments.
